SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred with a desire to grow within the company
- Computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- 1+ year of general business/office experience
- Must be able to type 45 WPM
JOB SUMMARY:
- Opening and scanning of daily claims mail by program/state, mail indexing (scanned, email, faxes)
- Preparation of outgoing mail by sort/bulk/special handling, express delivery preparation, document management/recorded media and archived file retrieval/filing
- Transfer of media to document management system
- Data entry of agent/insured contact information into back-end system, detail claim information data entry, yearly loss report distribution
- Metering of mail, mail drop off, bulk mailings/notices to policyholder/agent
- Provides coverage for all deliveries to Midwest
- Other duties as assigned.
